These Terms of Use and Service Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Top Hat Limousine, Inc. website and your booking of limousine and black car transportation services with us. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website Terms of Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Top Hat Limousine and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

You may not misuse the website, spam our contact forms, or attempt to hack, disable, or disrupt our site or booking systems.

The website is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

3. Reservations & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after direct communication with our staff.

Deposits and balances are processed securely outside of this website through our authorized payment processor

Hourly and Flat-Rate Services: Pricing will be provided at the time of booking.

Balances are due at or before the time of service.

4. Deposits & Cancellations

Weddings & Proms: A deposit is required to reserve your vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases specifically stated in your signed contract.

Prom-specific: A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required. Balance is due when the limo arrives for pickup.

All Other Services: Cancellation policies will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late cancellations may be subject to fees up to the full quoted rate.

5. Conduct in Vehicles

No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are permitted.

Alcohol is permitted only if all passengers are 21+. Passengers must provide their own beverages; Top Hat does not supply alcohol. Complimentary sodas and waters are provided in limousines.

No standing through sunroofs while the vehicle is in motion.

The booking client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party, including cleaning fees for spills, excessive mess, or vandalism.

6. Prom & Homecoming Services

All prom and homecoming reservations require a signed contract by both a parent/guardian and the hosting student.

A parent/guardian contact phone number must be on file and available during the event.

No alcohol of any kind is permitted in prom/homecoming rentals, even if passengers are 21 or older.

Bags will be placed in the trunk during transit and may only be accessed at dinner, the dance, or other stops.

Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to safety, and we treat all passengers as if they were our own family.

7. Airport Transportation

For Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International, curbside pickup requires passengers to call our office at 770-516-9545 once luggage is collected. Due to airport regulations, chauffeurs cannot wait in loading lanes and will stage vehicles nearby until contacted.

Please do not leave the airport or attempt to locate your chauffeur by walking around; the driver will connect with you after your call.

Inside pickup is available upon request for an additional fee.

Regional airport pickups follow similar procedures; details provided at booking.

8. Service Limitations & Liability

Top Hat Limousine is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, accidents, airline delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for items left in vehicles.

While we take every measure to ensure timely service and schedule our chauffeurs to arrive at least 15 minutes, exact arrival times are not guaranteed due to external conditions.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of this site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information, including form submissions, cookies, and marketing communications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will always be noted at the top of this page.
